with locations in Gaithersburg and Beltsville, open 365 days a year!
* Cost of the physical is $65, payable by cash, check, or credit card (insurance not applicable to this physical);
* Children under 18 coming in without a parent should bring in written authorization signed by
parent/guardian;
* Bring in medical form with history section completed and signed by parent/guardian.
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 8 PM
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 10 AM - 6 PM
